We're here to answer your questions

  • What does the Ecoadventure Ziplining tour include?
    - 5 breathtaking ziplines - 5 hanging canopy bridges - 10-minute educational hike
  • In what location does the Ecoadventure Ziplining tour take place?
    In the municipality of Carolina about 15-minutes away from San Juan depending on your location. The GPS address is Mi Casa Hacienda Campo Rico Carolina.
  • What are the tour times?
    8:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm
  • What is the duration of the tour?
    The zipline adventure is approximately 2 hours in length. First half hour is dedicated to check-in, handling of safety equipment and safety chat.
  • What age range is accepted for the tour?
    Between 7and 68 years of age.
  • What are the weight and height restrictions?
    Participants must be under 230 Ibs. If the participant is 6' tall or taller we accept a maximum of 250 Ibs. Waistline must be under 42' to make sure the harness fits securely. If the participant is 70 lbs or less we do a tandem-ride where the certified tour guide goes along with the participant to make sure they make it across the ziplines. There are no height restrictions.
  • What are the restrictions to be able to participate in the tour?
    No pregnancies and no recent injuries or surgeries are allowed.
  • When should I make a reservation?
    We suggest booking as soon as possible since there is limited spacing for our tour sessions.
  • What are the payment methods accepted?
    The tours need to be 100% prepaid with a major credit card. We do not accept cash the day of the activity.
  • What are your rates?
    Our tour price is $99 per person + taxes. Online reservations are charged a 6% processing fee by Fareharbor. For more details please read our Terms and Conditions.
  • What to bring to the tour?
    Comfortable shorts, good traction sneakers, rain jacket (optional), small backpack and your own water. Flip-flops, regular sandals or Crocks are not allowed. Good tractions sandals like Keens. Tevas or Chacos are allowed. You can bring your camera or cellular and carry it in a dry bag in your backpack. The customer who made the payment must present a Photo DI and the physical credit card used. Ecoadventure Ziplining is not responsible for lost items in our premises.
  • Do you operate in the rain?
    Yes, we take off rain or shine. Bring your rain-jacket if you have any. We only cancel due to severe thunderstorms or flooding. In this case a full refund will be provided.
  • How long are the zipline courses?
    The zipline courses consist of 5 ziplines fluctuating between 500 to 1,000 feet long.
  • What if I am afraid of heights?
    It is not uncommon to have a fear of heights. Many people who have a fear of heights are still able to enjoy our ziplines which fluctuate between 50 and 250 feet high.
  • What if I do not want to go on the tour. but would like to stay in the premises?
    We do not allow walk-alongs in the tour. The guests which are part of a group doing the tour but are not participating on the tour must stay ni the Mojito Bar check-in area where they can purchase food, enjoy refreshing beverages, use the restrooms, enjoy the beautiful views of the subtropical forest and watch the adventurers land in their last zipline.
  • Do I have to do all the activities in the tour?
    The activities of ziplining. the canopy bridges and hiking must be performed to complete the adventure course in the subtropical forest. It is the only way to make ti across the forest safely with the rest of the group. We do not offer packages that only include ziplining.
  • How do I get to the Ecoadventure Ziplining location?
    We provide roundtrip transportation from the San Juan tourist area for $35 + tax per person. Customers have the option of renting a vehicle or have someone drive them there. You can take a taxi (preferably) or Uber. The directions to Ecoadventure Ziplining are posted in our Contact webpage. The GPS address is: ‘Mi Casa Hacienda Campo Rico Carolina’.
  • What does the Vunque Ziplining tour include?
    - 5 breathtaking ziplines - 1 easy rock rappel (optional) - 1 fun hanging canopy bridge - 10-minute educational rainforest hike - snacks
  • In what location does the Yunque Ziplining tour take place?
    In the municipality of Luquillo Puerto Rico, about 54 minutes away from San Juan. The GPS address is "YUNQUE ZIPLINING MEETING POINT.
  • What are the tour times?
    8:30am and 1:30pm
  • What is the duration of the tour?
    The zipline adventure is approximately 2 hours in length. First half hour is dedicated to check-in, handling of safety equipment and safety chat.
  • What age range is accepted for the tour?
    Between 7and 68 years of age.

    The zipline courses consist of 5 ziplines fluctuating between 400 and 800 ft long.
  • Do I have to do all the activities in the tour?
    The activities of ziplining and hiking must be performed to complete the adventure course in the rainforest. It is the only way to make it across the rainforest safely with the rest of the group. We do not offer packages that only include ziplining. The rappelling portion of the Yunque Ziplining tour can be omitted from the tour.
  • Do you operate in the rain?

  • What if I do not want to go on the tour but would like to stay in the premises?
    We do not allow walk-alongs in the tour. The guests which are part of a group doing the tour but are not participating on the tour must stay in the Yunque Ziplining Base Camp area where they can relax, read a book, use the restrooms, enjoy the alluring views of the rainforest and watch the adventurers cross 4 ziplines.
  • How do I get to the Yunque Ziplining location?
    We provide roundtrip transportation from the San Juan tourist area for $90+ tax per person. Please indicate hotel (or nearest hotel name). Transportation is provided in the front lobby of the hotels and Airbnbs in San Juan.   • What other attractions can I enjoy near Yunque Ziplining premises?
    For guests not participating in the zipline tour have the option of going horseback riding or riding ATV's in the Hacienda Carabali which is just 7 minutes away from us. Also the beautiful Luquillo beach is 10 minutes away. Discover great local food options in the popular Kiosks of Luquillo which are just 15 minutes away. Another great option that you could enjoy after our tour is the famous Bioluminescent Bay in Fajardo located 20 minutes away. The famous El Yunque National Forest, which is a must when you visit Puerto Rico, is just 30 minutes away!
  • What does the Janise Sailing charters include?
    Full Day and Day Charters: Include assorted snacks and barbecue lunch consisting of grilled chicken, salad, vegetables and rice. Refreshing beverages include water, sodas. beer, wine and homemade sangria. Afternoon Charter: Includes everything as in the day charter except the barbecue lunch.
  • From what location does Puerto Rico Sailing Trips depart?
    Safeharbor Puerto del Rey Marina In the municipality of Fajardo located approximately 1-hour away from San Juan. The GPS address is 'PUERTO DEL REY MARINA FAJARDO’.
  • What are the charter times?
    Day Charter: 9:00am-2:00pm Afternoon Charter: 3:00pm - 6:00pm Day Charter: 9:00am-5:00pm We meet half hour before the charter departs to fill out waiver forms and to provide the safety chat.
  • What is the duration of the charters?
    • Day Charter: 5-hours (2 hours sailing time and 3 hours at destination) • Afternoon Charter: 3 hours (2 hours sailing time and 1 hour at destination) • Full Day Charter: 8-hours (2 hours sailing time and 6 hours at destinations) The Captain will give you the options available the day of your charter.
  • What age range is accepted for the charters?
    Between 4 and 87 years of age. With the authorization of the Captain we might accept younger than 4 years of age.
  • What should bring to the charters?
    - Bathing suit - Towels - Sun protection - Hat with chin strap - Sunglasses - Beachwear attire - Motion seasickness medication (if needed) - Photo ID - Comfortable footwear
  • What are your rates?
    Day Charter: $239 per person + tax Afternoon Charter: $179 per person + tax Full Day Charter: $2,395 + tax for 1 to 6 guests maximum.
  • What are the payment methods accepted?
    Charters need to be 100% prepaid with a major credit card. Cash is not accepted the day of the charter.
  • When should I make a reservation?
    We suggest booking as soon as possible since there is limited spacing for our charters.
  • What amenities are included in the charters?
    Lily pad and snorkeling gear and Bluetooth are included during the charter. We do not offer paddle boards or kayaks.
  • Can I bring my own food and beverages?
    Yes, if you decide to bring your own food and/or beverages please specify what you are bringing so we can coordinate. fI bringing your own food please make sure it is fully cooked (take-out food) and does not require us to cook or warm it up.
  • Do you operate in the rain?
    Yes. we take off rain or shine. We only cancel due to severe weather: in this case a full refund wil be provided.
  • How do I get to Puerto Rico del Rey Marina?
    Customers have the option of renting a vehicle or have someone drive them there. You can take a taxi (preferably) or Uber. Our recommended drivers are: • Julio (Frankie) Cordero Pagan: (939) 358-9997 - Murray Guadalupe: (787) 607-0691 - Mario Acevedo: (787) 547-6941 When you arrive at Safeharbor Puerto del Rey Marina tell the guard you are going to Puerto Rico Sailing Trips charter, dock #1403, vessel name 'Janise'. Also please call our office at (787) 616-7543 or (787) 529-2496 and let us know you arrived. If driving your own vehicle, once you pass the gate guard make the first left up the hill to find parking and then walk to the drop-off area. If taking an Uber or taxi make a first right after the gate guard towards the drop-off area. Go to the drop-off area and use the restrooms; here you will meet the Captain who will be wearing a white or navy blue *Puerto Rico Sailing Trips' shirt. The captain will then call for golf cart to take you to our dock.
